Structural repair of composite aircraft components

KVE Composites Repair, serves as a dedicated composite repair shop, offering in-shop repair services for composite aircraft components as well as on-wing repair services for composite structures. Additionally, we provide composite training courses for technicians, engineers, quality control personnel, and management officers.

In-shop

KVE performs composite and metal bonded repairs using the equipment necessary to comply to the manual’s requirements. Our services include both small and extensive repairs of composites components, adhesive bonding of metal-to-metal components, and paint spray finishing.

On-wing

Our technicians and mobile equipment are ideally suited for on-wing repairs. KVE employees are specially trained to assess the specific conditions at your location, determine the required equipment, and address any potential risks.

To be able to provide our team with really high quality and hands-on training, KVE has it’s own training center. We also provide composite awareness training to third parties like starting technicians and quality officers.

Facility

Our Maastricht Airport facility is situated in the strategically advantageous region of North Western Europe, in close proximity to key cities such as Dusseldorf, Brussels, Amsterdam, Liege, and Cologne.

The facility is an EASA Part 145-certified component repair station with expertise in repairing a broad spectrum of items, including radomes, fairings, leading edges, floor panels, engine cowls, and more.
